03/04/2012 1925 hours – Mark P. Driscoll, age 53, South End Ave, New York, NY, was arrested on suspicion of DUI by township police after he disabled his 2011 Mazda sedan by running it over a curb when driving in the parking lot of Red Robin, 125 Wilderness Trail, Tilden Township. Driscoll’s twelve (12) year old daughter was a passenger in the vehicle. The incident was called into dispatch by an off duty New Jersey police officer.
The driver arrived in the lot from another location and had not been in the Red Robin.
Charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Endangerment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child were filed on 03/14/2012 before MDJ Kim L. Bagenstose, Hamburg. Lab results show that Driscoll’s BAC on the night of the incident to be 0.304%.
A preliminary hearing on the matter is scheduled for April 23, 2012.

On 03/18/2012 about 1630 hours, management at the McDonald’s, 80 Wilderness Trail, Tilden Township, Berks County, PA, reported to Tilden Township Police that a male had exposed himself to the above victim, who was an employee working one of the drive-thru windows. The male, who had been in the drive-thru to purchase food, was not on scene when police arrived.
Subsequent to an investigation, the above actor, Trent M. Casper, age 22, Hillside Ct., Hamburg, PA, turned himself in to Tilden Township Police at MDJ Kim. L. Bagenstose’ office in Hamburg on 03/20/2012 about 1500 hours to be arraigned on one misdemeanor count of Indecent Exposure. He was released on $15,000 unsecured bail.

Date and time: Jan. 28 about 11:30 p.m.
Location: Westy Bar & Grill, 279 W. State St., Tilden Township
Suspects: A white man in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6 feet and 250 pounds with a short, thin curtain style beard. Last seen wearing a red sweat shirt and baseball cap with dark-colored pants. Was driving a white, late 2000s GMC pickup truck with “Mi Terra Custom Interiors” written on it.
Police synopsis: Tilden Township police said a man assaulted a male on the dance floor at the Westy. The victim was treated in a local hospital. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Alert or call Tilden Chief William J. McEllroy at 610-562-9001.
